If you use tables on your slides, ensure they are not overly complex and do not include blank cells. Transcripts can also be useful as an additional resource, but captioning ensures students can follow along with what is on the screen in real-time. All video and audio content should be captioned for students with hearing impairments.Alt text should describe the visual or table in detail so that students with visual impairments can “read” the images with their screen readers.
